Eggnog Cream Puffies

- 1 cup water shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine shopping list
- 1 cup Gold Medal all-purpose flour shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- eggnog Cream (to follow) shopping list
- powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Heat water and butter to rolling boil in 2 1/2 qt. sauce pan.
- Stir in flour.
- Stir vigorously over low heat for about one minute, or until substance forms a ball; remove from heat.
- Beat in eggs, all at once; continue beating until smooth.
- Drop dough by scant 1/4 cupfuls about 3 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 35 to 45 minutes until puffed or golden.
- Cool away from draft.
- Cut off tops of puffs; pull out any soft dough.
- Fill puffs with Eggnog Cream; replace tops.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Serve immediately.
- Store covered in refrigerator.

Gosh I haven't made Cream Puffs in ages, they are so good. Mom use to fill her's with whipped cream and fresh strawberries. So yummie. You have my 5
