Super easy, Super Tasty and completely different cupcakes!! Recipe as presented on local news program by owner of The Cupcakery in Knoxville.
Ingredients
- 1 French vanilla cake mix + ingredients listed on the box for preparing shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 2 C. brown sugar shopping list
- 1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 1 T. dry cake mix shopping list
- Glaze: shopping list
- 1 C. powdered sugar shopping list
- 2 T. milk shopping list
How to make it
- Make cake mix following box directions, reserving 1 T. of the dry mix for the topping.
- Set batter aside.
- Mix topping ingredients.
- Layer in muffin cups, starting with batter, then topping.
- Bake, according to box directions.
- Mix ingredients for glaze and top the cooled cupcakes with glaze.
