Good Morning Pumpkin Pancakes

- 2 cups biscuit mix shopping list
- 2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon shopping list
- 12 ounces evaporated milk undiluted shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice shopping list
- 1/2 cup solid pack pumpkin shopping list
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- In a large mixer bowl combine biscuit mix, sugar, cinnamon and allspice.
- Add evaporated milk, pumpkin, oil, eggs and vanilla then beat until smooth.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter onto heated and lightly greased griddle.
- Cook until top surface is bubbly and edges are dry.
- Turn and cook until golden.
- Keep pancakes warm.
- Serve with syrup or honey.
