Ingredients
  • Pumpkin, cooked, without salt -- mashed cup 2
  • Milk, canned, condensed, sweetened oz 14
  • Egg, whole, raw large 2
  • Cinnamon, ground teaspoon 1
  • Nutmeg, ground teaspoon 1/2
  • Ginger, ground teaspoon 1/2
  • Salt teaspoon 1/2
  • Pie crust, standard-type, frozen, ready-to-bake, enriched -- unbaked, 9-inch crust 1
  • Sugar, brown, dark tablespoon 3
  • Cream, light whipping tablespoon 3
  • Pecans, halves -- for garnish cup 1

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Combine first 7 ingredients in mixing bowl; beat with an electric mixer at medium speed for 1 minute.
  3. Pour filling into pastry shell.
  4. Bake at 375F for 50 minutes or until set. Cool.
  5. Before serving, combine brown sugar and whipping cream in small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes. Drizzle mixture over pie and garnish with pecan halves.
