White Chocolate Cherry Fudge Recipe
This is a very rich fudge. A little goes a long way. Very pretty on the holiday dessert trays. Can leave food coloring out if desired. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 2-1/2 cups semisweet white chocolate morsels
  • 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon cherry extract
  • 2 teaspoons red food coloring
  • 1 cup chopped maraschino cherries
  • Combine morsels and milk in medium heavy duty saucepan.
  • Warm over lowest possible heat stirring until smooth.
  • Remove from heat then stir in extract, food coloring and cherries.
  • Spread evenly into prepared pan the refrigerate 2 hours or until form.
  • Lift from pan then remove foil and cut into pieces.
