Have a crowd of munchers to satisfy? Make this festive snack mix in minutes for a fiesta with no baking required!

Remove and discard unpopped kernels from popped popcorn
. In 2-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag, mix popcorn, cereal, corn chips and crackers
. Drizzle with melted butter.
Seal bag and shake until well coated.
Add cheese and taco seasoning mix.
Seal bag and shake until well coated.

makes 52 ( 1/2 cup servings )
For extra cheese flavor, use Cheddar-flavored popcorn.
Cute, animal shaped crackers are a fun substitute for the square cheese crackers.

I am a Chex Mix junkie and make huge batches of it to give away with my cookie baskets during the holidays. I always save a little for me...'cause if I didn't give it away, I'd eat wayyyy too much of it. You keep picking at it and suddenly 50 lbs of it is gone. Well....not really...but you get my drift.

I like this variation of The Mix. I'll give it a spin and 'try' to share 'most' of it. I'll try. Heh.
