From my niece's school cookbook, this is an appetizer that is gone as soon as it hits the table. Easy enough for the children to prepare.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese shopping list
- 1 package taco seasoning shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- diced tomato shopping list
- shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- shredded lettuce shopping list
- sliced olives (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the cream cheese, taco seasoning and sour cream until smooth.
- Spread cream cheese mixture on a serving plate and chill until needed.
- Sprinkle cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and olives over cream cheese mixture just before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips for dipping. (We like the little round ones).
