Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Place nectarines in a 12x8 inch glass baking dish.
  • Combine the sugar, flour, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Cut in butter (pastry cutter works great for this), until mixture resembles coarse meal.
  • Sprinkle over nectarines.
  • Bake about 1 hour, until bubbly and crisp.
  • Serve with vanilla ice cream if desired.

    I love nectaries and they are good at the market right now. Will be making this this weekend since I have a houseful of people coming. I like to spring different things on my guests and this one fits the bill. Thanks for posting. P.S. - Will you send me a couple dozen nectaries from your tree? LOL
