Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine cranberries and pure maple syrup in a sauce pan.
  • Bring up to boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer until it thickens and the berries pop.
  • Simplicity at it's best.
  • You can add star anise, ginger slices, broken cinnamon sticks or orange rind in strips if you want. But try it with just the syrup and the berries and you will be surprised at the delicious flavor without the fuss.

Nice...very nice, GF. I just bought cranberries at Publix and I have the maple syrup, so I'll be trying your cranberry sauce for my Thanksgiving meal. Thanks, hon. High 5 and *hugs*... :)
