It's funny what "keeper" recipes you can come across at birthday parties, bunkos and showers... this was a dish brought to a wedding shower by a co-worker. It's a family favorite!

Ingredients
  • 9" pie plate OR quiche dish
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can chili, with or without beans, spicy or mild
  • 16 ounces picante sauce, hot or mild
  • 10 ounces cheddar OR jack cheese, shredded

Directions
  1. Spread cream cheese onto bottom of 9" pie plate OR quiche dish.
  2. Spread with canned chili.
  3. Pour picante sauce over all evenly.
  4. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  5. Microwave on HIGH for 15 minutes OR until hot and cheese is melted.
  6. Serve with chips.
