Soft Sherbet Macaroons Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pt. orange sherbet; softened
  • 2t. almond extract
  • 1 white cake mix (18.25 oz.)
  • 6c. flaked coconut

Directions
  1. Combine sherbet, extract & dry cake mix. Mix well.
  2. Stir in coconut.
  3. Drop by tablespoonfuls 2" apart on greased cookie sheets.
  4. Bake 12-15 min. @ 350F or until edges are lightly browned.
  5. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
