Soft Sherbet Macaroons

- 1 pt. orange sherbet; softened shopping list
- 2t. almond extract shopping list
- 1 white cake mix (18.25 oz.) shopping list
- 6c. flaked coconut shopping list
How to make it
- Combine sherbet, extract & dry cake mix. Mix well.
- Stir in coconut.
- Drop by tablespoonfuls 2" apart on greased cookie sheets.
- Bake 12-15 min. @ 350F or until edges are lightly browned.
- Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
