Omg Macaroni And Cheese Recipe

This is absolutely the best mac n cheese I have ever had! I have been trying recipes for years!

Ingredients
- 12 oz macaroni shells
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup half n half
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
- 4 cups extra white sharp cheddar cheese (I use Sargento)
Directions
- Pre heat oven to 400
- cook macaroni noodles until done
- in a sauce pan on med high heat melt butter, wisk in the flour, gragually add the milk and half n half, add the salt n pepper, and the cheese stirring constantly.
- Pour into a greased 9x13 pan and bake 20-30 min or until browned.
- ENJOY!

Yummy this sounds like a super mac and cheese dish! I also like to add a little squirt of prepared mustard to my mac n cheese sauce..not a whole lot. The acidity helps the cheese melt in a non-gooey stringy fashion and just tastes good :D
