How to make it
- Mix the Cajun seasoning, lemon pepper and salt in a small bowl. Sprinkle on both sides of the chicken.
- Place a large nonstick skillet over high heat until drops of water sprinkled into the skillet dance on the surface. Add the oil , tilting the pan to coat the surface.
- Add the chicken and cook for 3 minutes per side, or until the meat looks opaque. Serve garnished with the lemon wedges (if using) to squeeze over the chicken.
