Bread Machine Raisin Bread Recipe

Ingredients

2/3 cup warm water

2 tbsp butter

1 egg

2 tbsp honey

2 cups of bread flour

½ cup of whole wheat flour

1 tbsp packed brown sugar

1 tbsp dry milk

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp cinnamon

1 ½ tsp Fleischmann’s bread machine yeast

2/3 cup of raisin

Directions

Add water, yeast, salt, dry milk, cinnamon, honey, and butter, in that order to bread machine pan.

Whisk egg, add it to bread machine pan, along with brown sugar.

Add evenly bread flour and wheat flour to pan, place in bread machine.

Set machine to basic/white cycle.

Add raisins at fruit and nut signal or about halfway through first knead cycle.

Makes 1 two pound loaf.
