Peanut Butter Pudding

For peanut butter lovers out there.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 tbsp corn starch shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup peanut butter shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the sugar, corn starch and salt.
- Gradually stir in the milk.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils.
- Cook for 2 minutes more, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Cover surface and cool.
- Chill well before serving.
