How to make it

  • First, cut the elephant into bite-sized pieces.
  • Coat meat in flour and salt and pepper.
  • brown meat over wood fire.
  • Add remaining flour to browned meat add more oil if needed to form a paste
  • Add water, and vegies to stock pot
  • bring to a rapid boil an reduce heat to simmer
  • Simmer for 1 and 1/2 days stiring every so often
  • This will serve 1,360 people. If more guests are expected, add the 2 rabbits.
  • ONLY! Do this if necessary, as most people don't like to find hare in their stew.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Hehehehe....too funny. You know, it's so hard to get fresh elephant around here...I always have to order mine online and the shipping is a killer. Then it takes a good lil' while to get it cut into bite-size pieces....so plan ahead y'all!
