Ingredients
  • 16 slices of white bread (or bread of your choice) cut into bite sized cubes
  • 1 lb. cubed cooked ham
  • 1 lb. shredded sharp cheddar
  • 1 1/2c. shredded swiss
  • 6 eggs beaten
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 c. crushed cornflakes
  • 1/2 c. melted butter

Directions
  1. Grease a 9X13 baking dish and spread 1/2 of the bread cubes evenly on the bottom of the dish.
  2. Add the ham and cheeses.
  3. Cover with the remaining bread cubes.
  4. Mix beaten eggs, milk, onion powder, mustard powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Pour evenly over the bread cubes.
  6. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  7. Next morning....combine melted butter and corn flakes and sprinkle on top of casserole.
  8. Bake in pre-heated 375 oven for about 45 minutes.
  9. Serve and enjoy!

Made this for breakfast but halved it. A good recipe that the kidlet loved but informed me no cereal on eggs mommy! Thanks SLJ!
