Honey Mustard Mayonnaise

Another great one from the National Honey Board. I love using honey in my recipes and this one is a little different.

3/4 cup mayonnaise shopping list
1/4 cup honey shopping list
2 tablespoons dijon-style mustard shopping list
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish ( I prefer to leave out the horseradish and usually just spice with S&P and paprika) shopping list

Very tasty. I only used 1/2 teaspoon of horseradish and I think I would have preferred the whole teaspoon. I used this to make this recipe Dilled Shrimp Egg Salad Wraps and used it as a dip for leftover shrimp. Very tasty but - note to self - the full amount of horseradish next time. Added to IMI on 6/26/16
