I know everyone likes to do their own thing but if you're sharing your prized recipe why not be a bit more specific, then if the cooks want to vary thngs it's easy enough to do. No problem. With the ketchup I usually use about 1/4 to 1/2 cup with the meat loaf, its just more on feel so its not dry but not too saucy. Hope you enjoy the recipe.
