How to make it

  • Put whipping cream and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
  • Beat with a hand mixer on high until it starts to thicken.
  • Add Sugar 1 Tbs at a time to sweetness you want.
  • Continue to beat until cream reaches desired thickness/stiffness.
  • Variation: Maple Whipped Cream: substitute maple extract for the vanilla.... great for pumpkin pies!
