How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 180 c
  • Beat egg whites and sugar to make a meringue
  • Add the tsp of vinegar, cocoa and splintered chocolate to the meringue mixture and fold it in
  • Line a baking tray with grease proof paper and make the pavlova base on this
  • P;ace in the oven and immediatley turn dwn the temprature to 150 c
  • Bake for an hour and three quareters.
  • Remove from oven and cool
  • When cold cover with beaten cream and decorate with berries
  • Grate some dark chocolate over the top and serve
