Chocolate Pavlova

- 6 egg whites shopping list
- 300g sugar shopping list
- 1tsp vinegar shopping list
- 3 ts[ sifted cocoa powder shopping list
- 150g slintered dark chocolate shopping list
- 50g dark choclate for grating shopping list
- 2 tubs (170mls x2) cream shopping list
- Rasberries/ strawberries to decorate shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 180 c
- Beat egg whites and sugar to make a meringue
- Add the tsp of vinegar, cocoa and splintered chocolate to the meringue mixture and fold it in
- Line a baking tray with grease proof paper and make the pavlova base on this
- P;ace in the oven and immediatley turn dwn the temprature to 150 c
- Bake for an hour and three quareters.
- Remove from oven and cool
- When cold cover with beaten cream and decorate with berries
- Grate some dark chocolate over the top and serve
