Ingredients
  • 6 egg whites
  • 300g sugar
  • 1tsp vinegar
  • 3 ts[ sifted cocoa powder
  • 150g slintered dark chocolate
  • 50g dark choclate for grating
  • 2 tubs (170mls x2) cream
  • Rasberries/ strawberries to decorate

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 180 c
  2. Beat egg whites and sugar to make a meringue
  3. Add the tsp of vinegar, cocoa and splintered chocolate to the meringue mixture and fold it in
  4. Line a baking tray with grease proof paper and make the pavlova base on this
  5. P;ace in the oven and immediatley turn dwn the temprature to 150 c
  6. Bake for an hour and three quareters.
  7. Remove from oven and cool
  8. When cold cover with beaten cream and decorate with berries
  9. Grate some dark chocolate over the top and serve
