How to make it

  • Mix drained lima beans with the pimento cheese.
  • Place in casserole dish.
  • Cut sausage links into 1/4" thick slices.
  • Stir links in with pimento slices.
  • Spoon over lima cheese mixture.
  • Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes
