This fast and easy four point breakfast is a low glycemic, comforting and filling. It carries me well in to the day.

  • 1/3 cup minute oatmeal
  • 2 Tablespoons powdered milk
  • 4 frozen strawberries or other frozen fruit
  • 1 cup water

Directions
  1. Measure all in to a microwaveable cereal bowl.
  2. Microwave on high for three minutes.
  3. It is ready to serve! Add milk and enjoy.
