Shortbread Cookies From Doris And Karen Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup confectioners' sugar

2 cups sifted all-purpose flour

1 cup butter, room temperature

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Knead the sugar, flour and butter together on a board until smooth

Pat with your hands to a 1/2" thickness.

Cut into 2" strips.

Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.

Remove from oven.

Cool.
