Biscuits

I never had much luck with biscuits until I found this recipe from a blogging friend at http://eat-in-pack-up.blogspot.com/ They're so easy and seemingly foolproof!
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- salt, a pinch or two shopping list
- heaping Tbs. baking powder shopping list
- 1/4 - 1/3 cup butter shopping list
- milk, nearly 1 cup shopping list
How to make it
- Stir together the dry ingredients. Cut in the butter. Stir in the milk to form a ball of dough. On a floured surface, pat or roll the dough out to about 1/2 inch thick. Cut into circles and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
