	main casserole beef onion tomato cottage cheese sour cream noodles cheddar cheese

Ingredients

2 pounds lean ground beef

1 large white onion

12 ounce can tomato paste

16 ounce container cottage cheese

16 ounce container sour cream

2 packages shredded cheddar cheese

1 pound noodles

Directions

Preheat oven to 375.

Brown beef and onion.

Cook noodles then add sour cream and cottage cheese.

In a separate bowl mix meat and tomato paste.

Layer noodles and meat then put cheddar cheese on top.

Cover casserole and bake 45 minutes.
