How to make it

  • Layer potatoes, onions, clams, chopped eggs and clam juice in uncooked pie crust.
  • Repeat layers twice ending with eggs and juice then cover with vented top crust.
  • Bake at 450 for 10 minutes then reduce heat to 350 and bake for 1 hour.
