This dish invites even the finickiest eaters to try it! The combination of ingredients may seem a little odd, but it's delightful.

Ingredients
- 1 bunch of your favorite lettuce types - I use romaine, curly, butter and iceberg usually, but you can experiment as you wish
- 1/2 red onion, sliced thinly
- 1/2 cup feta or blue cheese, crumbled - you can increase as desired
- 1/2 - 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- Raspberry Walnut Viniagrette Dressing - to toss
- Crushed coarse black pepper
Directions
- Wash and tear lettuce, place into bowl or bag to toss
- Add onion, cheese, cranberries, walnuts and toss together
- Pour dressing over all when ready to serve.
- Add pepper to individual plates as desired

This sound great! Have you ever made this with a salad dressing that doesn't include raspberries in it? I'm just curious, that's all as I can't have raspberries. I love the combinations in this salad and would love to make it. If you get a chance, let me know if you've ever tried it with a different dressing please?
