Corn and Bean Chowder

- 3 tbsp. olive oil shopping list
- 1 cup onions, diced shopping list
- 1 cup green bell peppers, diced shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 2 cups hot milk shopping list
- 2 cups water shopping list
- 1 can creamed corn shopping list
- 1 tsp. adobo with Pepper shopping list
- 1 can black beans , drained and rinsed shopping list
- 1 packet Sazón without Annatto shopping list
- 2 packets Powdered chicken bouillon shopping list
- 1 can whole kernel corn, undrained shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in a pot on medium and cook onions and peppers until tender. Sprinkle with flour and stir until flour browns.
- Add hot milk slowly while stirring until mixture thickens. Add remaining ingredients and gently simmer on low until thick and bubbly. Serve hot.
