Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 1/4 cup wheat pastry flour
  • 1 Tsp. Baking powder2 tablespoons wheatgerm or bran
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions
  1. PREHEAT OVEN 350 degrees
  2. In large bowl combined cream honey butter and extract.
  3. In seperate bowl combined dry ingredients add butter to mixture
  4. Mix well.
  5. Roll into small balls
  6. Bake 8-10 minutes
  7. Recipe was given to me by a friend
