Swiss Steak

- 1 Reynolds oven bag shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. flour shopping list
- 1 can Italian stewed or diced tomatoes (14 oz.) shopping list
- 2 tsp. sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. mustard shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 1/2-3/4 lb. cubed beef steak shopping list
How to make it
- Shake flour in oven bag and place in 13x9 baking pan.
- Add tomatoes, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper to bag. Squeeze bag to blend.
- Add steak to bag and turn to coat with sauce. Arrange steak in single layer.
- Close bag with tie and cut six 1/2 inch slits in top for steam to escape.
- Bake 45-60 min.'s at 350 or until steak is tender.
