How to make it
- Shake flour in oven bag and place in 13x9 baking pan.
- Add tomatoes, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper to bag. Squeeze bag to blend.
- Add steak to bag and turn to coat with sauce. Arrange steak in single layer.
- Close bag with tie and cut six 1/2 inch slits in top for steam to escape.
- Bake 45-60 min.'s at 350 or until steak is tender.
