Ingredients

3 cups of milk (whole milk if you like it extra creamy)

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate

3 tsp. pure vanilla extract

2 tsp. peppermint extract (you could subsitute with almond,orange, hazelnut)

optional:

4 large marshmellows

Directions

Pour the milk and cream in a pot in medium high heat until the mixture comes close to a boil

add vanilla and peppermint extract

STIR CONSTANTLY!

lower the heat

add semi-sweet chocolate

stir until mixture is smooth

add marshmellows
