Winter Hot Chocolate

This hot chololate will warm up your cold winter days. It's creamy chocolatey but not too sweet. It's perfect for the holidays!
Ingredients
- 3 cups of milk (whole milk if you like it extra creamy) shopping list
- 1 cup heavy cream shopping list
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate shopping list
- 3 tsp. pure vanilla extract shopping list
- 2 tsp. peppermint extract (you could subsitute with almond,orange, hazelnut) shopping list
- optional: shopping list
- 4 large marshmellows shopping list
How to make it
- Pour the milk and cream in a pot in medium high heat until the mixture comes close to a boil
- add vanilla and peppermint extract
- STIR CONSTANTLY!
- lower the heat
- add semi-sweet chocolate
- stir until mixture is smooth
- add marshmellows
