A very nice cake that is light and easy to make. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1-1/3 cups flour
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 then mix flour, allspice, salt and sugar in bowl with a fork.
  2. Stir in other ingredients then pour into ungreased square pan and bake 40 minutes.
  3. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
