Ingredients

How to make it

  • To get the "perfect" carve from you turkey breast, run your knife down the inside of the breast bone, then run it around the bottom of the breast until you can loosen the whole piece of meat.
  • Slice the "hunk" of breast meat into serving size portions and lay out on the turkey platter.
  • Cut off the legs and wings and place them around the breast slices.
  • Serve!
