Easy Donuts

- 2 packages refrigerated buttermilk biscuits, small 7.5 oz shopping list
- 5 cups vegetable oil (for frying) shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-heat oil in a skillet or electric fryer to 365 degrees
- Open biscuit package, round the edges of biscuits and poke a hole in each one. Let biscuits lay in a tray or plate.
- Place biscuits one by one in hot oil. Use tongs or skewers to check the color of the underside of each buscuit and turn when they reach the desired golden brown color (approx 35 to 45 seconds). Check the bottom again and remove donuts when they are evenly brown on each side.

- sugar and cinnamon

Who would have thought that donuts could be so easy. I would never have guessed that you could use those good old refrigerated bicuits to make them. Can't wait to give them a try. 5 forks
