How to make it

  • Pre- heat oven to 350.
  • In a large non- stick skillet, over medium- high heat, warm the meatballs; add onions, peppers, garlic, Italian seasonings and salt and pepper.
  • When onions and pepper are tender, add the pasta sauce. Mix well while sauce heats, stirring occasionally. Stir in the cooked and drained ziti pasta. Remove from heat.
  • Spray Pam in a 13x9 inch casserole dish and spoon pasta sauce in casserole pan. Top with parsley and mozzarella cheese and cover with foil. Bake about 15 to 20 minutes or until pasta is bubbly and cheese is melted. Freezes well.

    I made this for supper tonight, and it was great! Bryan and my daughter both loved it! So quick and easy. I will make it again, for sure. Only made a small change, I don't like green pepper, so, I used half an onion. It was great. Thanks for sharing!
