Ingredients

How to make it

  • Dash garlic powder and pepper on the Pork chops
  • Put the butter or margarine in a skillet and lightly brown the chops
  • in a bowl mix Soup, soup mixes, Sour cream and mushrooms set aside
  • put chops in bottom of crock and put the soup mix ontop of them
  • add 3/4 can of water and lightly mix
  • put in your crock on low for 5 hours, or high for 3

    I made this again tonight, it depends on how thick your porkchops are how long you need to cook them. I let mine fall apart, you might now want to. You may need more water depending on how thick you want the gravy,But this is a great comforting recipe! Enjoy
