Crock Pot Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients

5 Boneless pork chops

1 Family size can of Cream of Mushroom soup

1 box of Lipton Onion Soup mix (it has two packets inside)

1 16 oz. of Sour Cream

small can of sliced mushrooms

3/4 can of water

2 TBSP butter or margarine

garlic powder (your taste preference)

pepper Dash

Directions

Dash garlic powder and pepper on the Pork chops

Put the butter or margarine in a skillet and lightly brown the chops

in a bowl mix Soup, soup mixes, Sour cream and mushrooms set aside

put chops in bottom of crock and put the soup mix ontop of them

add 3/4 can of water and lightly mix

put in your crock on low for 5 hours, or high for 3

I made this again tonight, it depends on how thick your porkchops are how long you need to cook them. I let mine fall apart, you might now want to. You may need more water depending on how thick you want the gravy,But this is a great comforting recipe! Enjoy
