Ingredients

How to make it

  • Wisk all together well in a large bowl.
  • Pour into a container and let marinate overnight for best flavour.
  • You can serve it immediately, it is great then too.
  • Keep in a salad dressing bottle in your cupboard away from sunlight.
  • Makes a good rub for leg of lamb prior to roasting!

    used this tonight on a coleslaw, worked a treat, only change I used a Basil Infused Olive Oil.

    Great dressing give it a shot.
