In a saucepan heat cream and vanilla extract just b4 boiling point. remove from heat and stir in chopped chocolate stirring well after it is completely melted. cool the mixture then mix the butter. refrigerate for 30 minutes or till its easy to scoop. shape into balls using icecream scoop or two teaspoons and roll on your choice coating like rainbow sprinkles then put on individual mini cups and arranges in serving plate, keep in refrigerator to prevent softening. makes 60small truffles. so enjoy! i put condense milk to my truffles coz i like so much the taste of condense milk..but i think its better to coat with rainbow sprinkles or dessicated coconuts..however u can make ur choice..
