A very easy and delicious dip. I got this recipe from a home economics cookbook and have made it for nearly 20 yrs. Everyone has always loved it,, hope you do too!

Ingredients
- 1 c. mayonaise
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 7 oz. can green chilis diced
- 1 8 1/2 os. can artichoke hearts drained and quartered.
Directions
- Mix all ingredients, Bake in a 8" dish at 350 for 40 min, I usually serve with triscuits but any sturdy cracker will do.
