Banana Shake Recipe
This is great for a quick pick me up in the afternoon or even a fast breakfast.

Ingredients
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups fat-free milk
  • 2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Directions
  1. Toss it all into a blender and blend away until smooth.
  2. Drink it fast, well at least right away!
  3. I just love this!

Perfect, perfect, perfect. A great pick-me up. I like to have a shake or fruit smoothie in the morning right before I get on my treadmill. Really gets my juices flowing and wakes my brain up. Great post.
