Hot Turkish Delight

This is a very pretty and unique sweet holiday beverage! Turkish delight is a soft jelled type of sweet confection often flavored with rosewater and lemon and some are tinted a pale pink
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 2 oz Turkish Delight plus extra for garnish cut into small cubes shopping list
- 1/2 cup crream shopping list
- 1/2 tsp honey shopping list
- 2 tsp rosewater shopping list
- pinch ground cardamom shopping list
- finely chopped pistachios for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- In a saucepan combine milk and turkish delight, bring to a boil , stir smooth and remove from heat
- In another bowl beat cream, rosewater, honey and cardamom until stiff
- Divide milk mixture between 2 drink glasses or cups.
- Top with the whipped cream and garnish with small cubes of Turkish Delight and chopped pistrachios
