- 1 3 oz cream cheese softened shopping list
- 4 tb Whole cranberry sauce shopping list
- Dash salt shopping list
- 1 lb powdered sugar shopping list
- Cranberry fluff frosting: shopping list
- 6 tb butter or margarine shopping list
- 2 ts Grated orange rind shopping list
- Dash salt shopping list
- 1 lb powdered sugar shopping list
- 5 tb cranberry juice cocktail shopping list
- Quick cranberry frosting: shopping list
- 1 c jelly cranberry sauce shopping list
- 1 egg white shopping list
- Dash salt shopping list
- 1 ts almond extract shopping list
- 2 ts lemon juice shopping list
- Cranberry cream topping: shopping list
- 1 c heavy cream shopping list
- 1 tb lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 c powdered sugar shopping list
- 1 c jellied cranberry sauce crushed with a fork shopping list
- Cranberry fluffy frosting: shopping list
- 1 c jellied cranberry sauce beaten smooth shopping list
- 1/2 c brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 c water shopping list
- 1 egg white shopping list
How to make it
- Cranberry cheese frosting ( good for spice cakes, chocolate cakes etc. )
- beat cream cheese with cranberry sauce. gradually add
- sugar beating until creamy.
- Cranberry fluff frosting: good for any cakes
- Cream butter. add orange rind and salt.
- Add sugar gradually with cranberry cocktail.
- Beat light and fluffy.
- Quick cranberry frosting: Nice on any cakes
- combine ingredients and beat with rotary beater or electric mixer until frosting stands in peaks.
- Pile atop angel , chiffon or sponge cake and serve.
- Cranberry cream topping: whip cream stiff.
- Fold in lemon juice.
- Lightly fold in cranberry sauce and powder sugar.
- Serve as topping for hot gingerbread, spice cake, lemon cakes etc.
- Cranberry fluffy frosting: Combine cranberry sauce,
- brown sugar and water.
- Bring slowly to a boil and let cook for 2 minutes.
- Place unbeaten egg white in small deep bowl of electric mixer.
- When cranberry syrup has cooked for 2 minutes pour slowly onto egg white and beat mixer turned to medium speed.
- As air is beating into frosting, the frosting will expand 3 to 4 times
- in volume. beat with mixer turned to medium fast speed
- until frosting stands in peaks... 8 to 10 minutes.
- A pretty pink frosting for chocolate cakes.
