Rhubarb Dump Cake

- 5 cups rhubarb, diced shopping list
- 1 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 package white cake mix shopping list
- 3 oz. raspberry gelatin shopping list
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- water as needed for mix shopping list
How to make it
- Spray 9x13” pan with oil.
- Arrange rhubarb in bottom of pan.
- Sprinkle with sugar and gelatin.
- Cover with marshmallows.
- Prepare cake mix using 2 eggs and required amount of water.
- Spread batter over the mixture.
- Bake at 350ºF for 50-55 minutes.
- Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
