How to make it

  • Spray 9x13” pan with oil.
  • Arrange rhubarb in bottom of pan.
  • Sprinkle with sugar and gelatin.
  • Cover with marshmallows.
  • Prepare cake mix using 2 eggs and required amount of water.
  • Spread batter over the mixture.
  • Bake at 350ºF for 50-55 minutes.
  • Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.

    Like Jaie, When I can find rhubarb I will try this, Would it be possible to do with tinned rhubarb?

    I am going to try this as soon as I can find rhubarb in my area!!! No one around here is carrying it :(
