How to make it

  • 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • In large bowl combine butter and sugar
  • beat until fluffy
  • add eggs, orange juice and vanilla:
  • beat well to combine
  • add dry ingredients and mix well
  • stir in peacans and 1/3 cp cherries
  • cover dough and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours
  • Shape dough into balls using a level tbs of dough
  • roll each ball in crushed cornflakes and plsce on parchment lined cookie sheets
  • top each cookie with 1/2 cherry
  • Bake at 375 fo 9-12 minutes untill light golden brown
  • let cool on cookie sheet for 4-5 minutes
  • remove to wire racks to cool completly
  • makes about 60 cookies
  • These are so good you will probably want to make more. They go fast.
