This is good; however, depending on the dried beef it can be salty. I usually rinse the beef prior to using it.

Ingredients
  • 16 ounces dried beef
  • 6 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Directions
  1. Lightly grease the slow cooker crock.
  2. Line crock with dried beef.
  3. Place three chicken breasts in slow cooker.
  4. In a bowl, mix together sour cream, soup and flour.
  5. Pour half the mixture over the chicken in the crock.
  6. Layer with moreof the dried beef and chicken breasts.
  7. Pour remaining sour cream mixture over chicken.
  8. Top with remaining dried beef.
  9. Cook on LOW for 8 hours OR on HIGH for 4 hours.
