From Allrecipes through Mike "Tartags"... I have not tried it yet but will very soon. The cayenne intrigues me!

Ingredients
  • 3 1/4 cups 2% milk (I'd use whole milk, I'm sure!)
  • 6 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions
  1. Place the ehite chocolate in a medium metal bowl over a pan of barely simmering water.
  2. Allow chocolate to melt, stirring occasionally until smooth.
  3. Stir in cayenne pepper and cinnamon.
  4. Whisk in egg until smooth.
  5. Gradually wisk in one cup of the milk.
  6. Whisk until completely incorporated, about 2 minutes.
  7. Whisk in remaining milk
  8. Heat until hot but not simmering.
  9. Chocolate will be ready to drink when either the taste of the cayenne is masked by the temperature of the milk OR when the chocolate is at your desired temperature.

It's not really hot chocolate if there isn't some heat in the recipe! I prefer cayenne to chili powder. Thanks for the five, michael.

You'll like it with the cayenne, trust me! Use just a dash if you want. You will be amazed at the flavor. Thanks for the five, jett and dragon.
