good old standby on a hot summer day for when you come home from school all hot.

Ingredients
- 1 litre vanilla Icecream
- 500 mls strawberry youghurt (or flavour of your choice)
- 250 mls cream
Directions
- Let the icecream melt completly
- beat the cream till thick
- add ice cream and youghurt to the cream and mix together
- put in to freezer till completly set
- garnish with fresh strawberries or just eat as is
