An easy low fat inexpensive meal using turkey kielbasa

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. Turkey Kielbasa cut into 8 pieces
  • 1 onion cut into wedges
  • 1 C. carrots
  • 6 small new potatoes
  • 1/2 head of cabbage cut into wedges
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 veg. bouillon cubes
  • 1 bay leaf
  • pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Put all in crock pot with the cabbage on top. Fill with water til just under the cabbage. Cook on high for 4 hours.
