Crock Pot Kielbasa and Cabbage

An easy low fat inexpensive meal using turkey kielbasa
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. turkey kielbasa cut into 8 pieces shopping list
- 1 onion cut into wedges shopping list
- 1 C. carrots shopping list
- 6 small new potatoes shopping list
- 1/2 head of cabbage cut into wedges shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, chopped shopping list
- 2 veg. bouillon cubes shopping list
- 1 bay leaf shopping list
- pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Put all in crock pot with the cabbage on top. Fill with water til just under the cabbage. Cook on high for 4 hours.
