Bacon Lettuce and Tomato pizza ! Yummm

Ingredients
  • I pkg. Bobili pizza crusts
  • 1/2 pkg. Turkey bacon
  • 1/2 head lettuce
  • 1 large tomato
  • 4 tbsp real mayonnaise
  • 2 cups mozzarella
  • salt

Directions
  1. Cook Turkey bacon until crispy. Let bacon cool and then crumble.
  2. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Chop lettuce and cut tomatoes into half inch squares. Salt tomatoes lightly. Sprinkle mozzarella onto crust and bake until cheese is golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool (about 10 min.) Spread mayonnaise over cool Pizza, turkey bacon, then cover with lettuce and tomatoes.
